Session Title: Appellate Update – Key Decisions and Trends Everyone Should Know

Speaker: Jennifer Zupp

Jennifer Zupp is an attorney at Zupp and Zupp Law Firm, PC.  She has been licensed to practice law since 2006 and primarily handles workers’ compensation and personal injury claims on behalf of injured people or their families.  Jennifer has served on the Symposium’s CLE committee in the past as well as the Iowa Association for Justice Workers’ Compensation Core Group.  In addition to her role as attorney, Jennifer also serves as the Executive Director of the Iowa Association of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers, Inc and the Iowa Association for Justice’s Amicus Committee.  Jennifer loves to write so is often hired by other attorneys to help them with their motion or appellate practice needs.
